The nitrate warning, the interaction notes, the "talk to a doctor if unsure" language — they're threaded through nearly every product page on this site individually. Here they all are in one place.

Do you take nitrate medications?

Often prescribed for chest pain or heart disease (nitroglycerin and related drugs). Combined with any PDE5 inhibitor in this catalog — sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, or avanafil — this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. If yes, do not order from the catalog without talking to a doctor first.

Do you have cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled blood pressure?

Sexual activity itself places a cardiovascular demand on the body; ED medication is generally intended for use by people healthy enough for that demand. If you have known heart disease, talk to a doctor before ordering, regardless of which product.

Are you on an SSRI, MAOI, or other serotonergic medication?

Relevant specifically to the dapoxetine combination products (Sildatron D and similar). Combining serotonergic medications carries real risk. If this applies to you and you're considering a combination product, talk to a doctor or pharmacist first.

Are you on alpha-blockers or other blood pressure medications?

Some blood pressure medications can interact with PDE5 inhibitors beyond the nitrate-specific warning. If you're on any blood pressure medication, mention the ED medication you're considering to whoever manages that prescription.

Is this the first time you've taken this drug class?

Not a contraindication, but a reason to start conservatively — see our first-order guide — or to choose the prescriber-reviewed path for your first exposure.

!

If you checked yes to any of the first four items, the generic catalog is not the conservative choice for you. The Healthymale prescriber-reviewed path exists specifically to catch these interactions before anything ships.

This checklist is a starting point, not a substitute

It's built to help you recognize when professional input matters — it can't replace an actual medical evaluation of your specific situation. When in doubt, ask a doctor or pharmacist directly.
